Sound Installation interpreting youth commentary about the environmental crisis
Project which captured the views of young people to create a Sound Installation for the Tales & Trails community art festival held in Brandon Country Park during September 2019.
The sounds used to make this installation were created using a recording of local school pupils discussing the environment and the forest. This recording was sampled, processed and circuit bent to create a sonic pallette used to compose five pieces creating a 30 minute soundscape.
Their words are woven on top of the music to create an interpretive musical documentary.
